Design & Construction
The perfect simulation of production processes determines the decisive parameters for feasibility, time requirements and costs at an early stage. Therefore, we entrust the design processes only to very experienced employees and we take great care to ensure that they are constantly evolving.
Tool making
On almost 1,000 m², state-of-the-art machining technology is used to produce tools that meet the complex requirements of our customers and guarantee maximum tool life.
Production technology
We offer our customers innovative production technology:
- with our wire bending machines of the company Wafios,
- with presses from Bihler/Minster/ Schaal and Bruderer and
- with state-of-the-art stamping and bending machines and NC technology from Bihler.
Prototypes, small and large series can thus be produced reliably and flexibly.
Furthermore, we offer additional services such as welding, component assembly, parts cleaning, vibratory grinding, heat treatment, packaging in blister tapes or delivery of strip goods on spools as well as subsequent surface treatment by our partner companies.
