Quality awareness
Quality is the measurable correspondence between the requirements of our customers, our suppliers and our own requirements and thus the guarantee for mutual success. Targeted key figures are our yardstick and help us to implement the zero-error philosophy. We don’t see quality as a goal, but as a process that never ends. That is why we are constantly working to improve our quality management system. Success means inspiring our customers by exceeding their expectations. We share our employees in the result of our joint action.

ISO 14001:2015
Systematic environmental management
Sustainable management is a requirement of reason and our responsibility for the future. A forward-looking, voluntary and systematic inclusion of environmental aspects in political and entrepreneurial decisions, i.e. environmental management as a supplement and further development of codified environmental protection, plays an important role. The benefits of environmental management are not only ideal, e.g. a higher employee motivation or a better image, but also tangible through cost savings as a result of lower resource consumption. The ISO 14001 standard provides a globally accepted basis for setting up environmental management systems.
ISO 9001:2015
Quality management
The quality management standard ISO 9001 is the most widespread and most important standard in quality management (QM) nationally and internationally. For us as a company, certification according to ISO 9001 is the basis for the continuous improvement process of the company’s internal quality management system (QMS). An essential principle of ISO 9001 is process orientation. A process-oriented QM system accompanies all essential operational processes and puts them to the test.
IATF 16949:2016
Quality management in the automotive industry
The IATF 16949 is based on the quality standard DIN EN ISO 9001 and specifies the requirements for the automotive industry. The members of the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) and the responsible technical committee of ISO developed them together in response to the automotive industry’s demand for a globally uniform standard for quality management systems. The IATF unites all existing and published national quality standards in the automotive industry, such as the QS-9000, VDA 6.1, EAQF 94 and AVSQ.

CSR is about how profits are made, not what happens to them.
It is not about donations, donations, sponsors or so-called good deeds. The core business shows that social and ecological corporate responsibility as well as sustainable business go hand in hand with economic success. Unlike corporate citizenship (CC), CSR is not an ‘additional’ activity, but a way of doing the core business: environmentally friendly, ethically and socially responsible and at the same time economically successful. This is emphasized by business economists and the EU Commission. It means doing business as sustainably as possible.

Corporate Social Responsibility
OUR corporate responsibility
“Corporate Social Responsibility” or CSR for short is to be understood as the social responsibility of companies as part of sustainable business. The technical term has been established internationally in companies, associations, politics and interest groups for years – however, there are very different definitions and often it is interpreted at its own discretion, promoting image and sometimes misleading.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) concerns the core business, which is influenced by globalization economic, social and environmental conditions all over the world. A literal translation falls short: It does not only mean the social responsibility of companies, but also their social responsibility, that is also ecological responsibility. To avoid misunderstandings, some companies speak of Corporate Responsibility (CR), the responsibility for the consequences of business activities.
