Order Management in Sales (m/f/d)

This is a full-time position.

Your tasks in our team:

Your main task is to process business transactions in order management. You will support our customers from order entry to delivery and ensure a long-term, trusting relationship with our customers.

• You process incoming orders from our customers and take over the review of concluded contracts.
• You will ensure safe and timely processing of individual and consignment stock orders, blanket orders and electronic call-off orders within the company.
• You organize scheduling and technical alternative solutions in case of schedule deviations.
• You create, maintain and edit our customer master data, delivery schedules and order-related documents in ERP system. Thus you are the interface between our customers and our internal departments.
• You will prepare statistical reports and sales analyses.

Our requirements:

• completed commercial or commercial-technical vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the field of order management is desirable
• Customer orientation, strong communication and social skills
• Structured, conscientious and independent way of working
• English spoken and written
• A basic, technical understanding will make it easier for you to get to know our products.
