Key Account Manager (m/f/x)

IYour tasks in our team

Your main task is to provide comprehensive support to CEFEG GmbH’s key accounts and key customers in order to ensure the company’s sales and growth targets.

  • This includes developing and maintaining a trusting relationship with our existing customers with a healthy balance between customer needs and requirements and our own.
  • You are the first point of contact for all questions and you handle our customers’ concerns with the aim of establishing a trusting partnership.
  • On the sales side, you will support the projects of our key customers in-house, from the initiation of projects and communication between key customers and internal teams to ensuring that the agreed delivery date is met.
  • You will be active in the acquisition of new customers in CEFEG GmbH’s strategic target sectors and build up a long-term and future-oriented cooperation with our partners.
  • You take part in trade fairs and other networking events as an exhibitor and visitor and make new contacts.
  • You will prepare regular progress reports and forecasts on company development for our management and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Our requirements

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in sales as a key account manager
  • Customer orientation, strong communication and social skills and negotiation skills
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • First experience in project management
  • English – advanced knowledge is desirable
  • Basic, technical understanding makes it easier to get to know our products
