Our project manager Ira Weißbach successfully completed the IPMA Level D project management qualification in December 2022. Two-day units were completed over the course of several months. The training was rounded off with a successful exam and the preparation of a project report. 🌟🎀
Ira Weißbach has been responsible for project management at CEFEG for 16 years. Carsten Schönberg joined the team this year to provide support. We also started to restructure project management last year. In this way, we want to be able to meet current and future requirements in terms of the complexity and speed of technical projects.
Ira Weißbach is already successfully incorporating the knowledge gained and methods learned into the project management processes.
